Shipping policy

Gabriella’s Bloom Studio does not ship floral arrangements. We currently offer local pickup and local delivery only.

Local Pickup

Customers may select pickup when placing an order online. Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date selected at checkout.

Please verify your pickup date and order information before completing your purchase.

Because fresh flowers are perishable, Gabriella’s Bloom Studio is not responsible for arrangements that are not picked up on their scheduled date.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in Brownsville and select surrounding areas. A delivery fee applies and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and recipient phone number when placing an order.

Delivery Times

We will make every effort to deliver your arrangement on the requested delivery date; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically arranged and confirmed with Gabriella’s Bloom Studio.

Delivery times may vary due to order volume, holidays, traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may attempt to contact the recipient or customer for further instructions.

If we are unable to safely complete the delivery, the arrangement may be returned to the shop. An additional delivery fee may be required for redelivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is correct before submitting an order.

Gabriella’s Bloom Studio is not responsible for unsuccessful or delayed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact information, restricted-access locations, or inability to reach the recipient or customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been attempted or completed.

All floral purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
